Gently harvested from renowned vineyards planted in rich fertile soils on the Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia where the cool maritime climate allows for long even ripening. This unique terroir produces some of Australia’s best Cabernet Sauvignon. Matured in 50% new and 50% seasoned American oak for 18 months.
